Follow the below-mentioned steps to install TOUCHMATE HR Pro

Server Installation

Install the server setup on your server or any dedicated computer there is no need to install it on each system. It is a key step for server installation.

Kindly follow the steps listed below:

  • Double click on the “ODCPlusServerX64” setup file. You will get the setup wizard. Click on “Next” to continue.

  • It provides a built-in prerequisite suite for installing SQL Server on your computer. If your computer already has the SQL server, you can skip this prerequisite step.

  • Click on “Next” to continue with installation. This setup wizard will install TOUCHMATE HR Management Solution – Data server on your computer.

  • Read the license policy carefully. Select, “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click on “Next”.  It will create the installation server folder path automatically (Keep the default folder path).

  • It will automatically install the server setup on your machine. Now your system is ready.

Client Installation

Install the client installation setup on each computer on which you are planning to use the software.

Kindly follow the steps listed below:

  • Double click on the “ODCPlusClientX64” setup file. You will get the setup wizard. Click on “Next” to continue.
  • Click on “Next” to continue with installation. This setup wizard will install TOUCHMATE HR Management Solution – Client setup on your computer.
  • Read the license policy carefully. Select, “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click on “Next”.  It will create the installation client folder path automatically (Keep the default folder path).
  • After the successful installation it will automatically create a shortcut for application on your computer.
  • You can use the Trial or Licensed version of the software.

Task manager Installation

It is an optional step. Which helps you get notifications. Install task manager on your computer if you wish to get frequent notifications, alerts, reminders, birthday reminders, leave and rejoin notifications, and any confirmation notifications. Otherwise, you can skip this step.

Kindly follow the steps listed below:

  • Double click on the “ODCPlusTaskManagerX86” setup file. You will get the setup wizard. Click on “Next” to continue.

  • Click on “Next” to continue with installation. This setup wizard will install TOUCHMATE HR Management Solution – Task manager setup on your computer.

  • Read the license policy carefully. Select, “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click on “Next”.  It will create the installation task manager folder path automatically (Keep the default folder path).
